Terms of purchase


Delivery time


We ship all orders before 05.00 Pm on the same day Mon-Fri. At high pressure orders can be shipped the day after an order is placed. Other times are sent the next working day. Delivery time 1-5 working days depending on the address.

Right of cancellation

If you cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the order. The product must be unopened and unused. Once we have approved that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund the amount for the purchase within 30 days. After we got the product back.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping to us. The return must be traceable and you send it to: Misaj Nailshop AB  Hisingsgatan 35 , 41703 Gothenburg.

Note! Not to agents. The package must be sent directly to us. If it is sent to an agent, we will not be able to collect it and it will be returned to you. We take no responsibility for this if it happens, it is up to you to check how to send the package so that it does not end up with an agent. We recommend that you send with DHL. It is important that you protect the return carefully as the product must be in new condition when it arrives at us. Send with the delivery note or a note with order no. The right of withdrawal only applies to private customers. Companies do not have the right of withdrawal.

Transport damage

Should an order be damaged or opened upon delivery, you contact your delivery point immediately. They will help you with the claim.

We use DHL. Free shipping over 150 Euro.

Cancellation

If you regret your order immediately after ordering, please email us directly at [email protected] we have already sent your order, you cannot cancel your order but must return the package to us. You as the customer are then responsible for the return shipping.

Complaints

If you want to complain about a product that is incorrect, please contact us with information about the product. Keep in mind that colors on products may differ from images and reality. We have a 1-year warranty on electronic products.

Package NOT collected

If your package is not collected and returned to us, we will charge you SEK 250 to cover our shipping and administration costs. If you want us to send the order again, shipping will be added.
